Handyman & Small Projects
$100/hour
For repairs, installations, punch lists, adjustments, and smaller projects, we typically work at an hourly rate.
Have a running list of things that need attention? Even better. We’re happy to tackle several projects in one visit.
Larger Projects
Flat-rate project pricing
For larger or more involved projects, we’ll provide a detailed estimate based on the agreed-upon scope of work. You’ll know what the project costs before work begins — no stopwatch running in the background.
Design, Materials & Sourcing
Great work starts before the tools come out. Depending on the project, we can help with space planning, materials, finishes, fixtures, hardware, and sourcing.
As a registered contractor, McKatims Built has access to professional and trade pricing from select suppliers. When available and appropriate, we’re happy to pass those savings along to our clients.
